function to simpler forms*
     - *add StreamExecGroupWindowAggregateRule to convert logical window 
aggregate to stream physical window aggregate*

   This change added tests and can be verified as follows:
   
     - *Added WindowAggregateTest that validates physical plan for window 
aggregate queries*
     - *Added RelTimeIndicatorConverterTest that validates plan after 
materialized*
