Is it really necessary to discuss an obvious bug on the mailing list? The
`EitherTypeInfo` suffers from the same problem and, thus, it seams to be a
systematic error. In order to prevent future mistakes like this, I don't see a
different way than making the developer aware that he has to implement these
methods.
