Sorry for missing your previous comment of unit test. I also think it is better to add a test for covering this change. We might construct the `SpillingAdaptiveSpanningRecordDeserializer` with some invalid `tmpDirectories`. Then we could verify the attempt retry work in `createSpillingChannel`.
