Some of the tests seem to be a bit convoluted with a lot of indirections which are not easy to understand. Could you give me some example about such "convoluted with indirections"? Is it possible that the original `CopyOnWriteSkipListStateMapTest` is better regardless of the test case split up part? I've addressed all comments on `CopyOnWriteSkipListStateMap` and will get back on `CopyOnWriteSkipListStateMapTest` after getting some response. Thanks.
