[~azagrebin]Agree with you .RBF routers' token is enough when enable RBF in a
single cluster. We expect flink to work well in one more Yarn clusters
especially Yarn Federation enabled in large scale cluster. For another, we
provide a flexible way to access different hdfs clusters. And spark on yarn
also implemented similar solution.
