[~Echo Lee] Okay I see. I've changed the issue type from {{Bug}} to {{Wish}}.
And currently Flink doesn't not only support yarn configuration but other
dependencies like hdfs. Maybe we should wait to have more input on the topic,
then decide where this should go.
