 Review comment:
   Yeah, i forgot the truth of other instances. 
   
   I did not see the `MesosResourceManager` in codes, only concerning the 
`StandaloneResourceManager`. My previous thought was also making `flinkConfig` 
as parent protected field. And I think it is no harm or transparent for 
`StandaloneResourceManager`.
   
   But I can also accept your suggestion of adding a `ActiveResourceManager` or 
called `ClusterResourceManager` for the common codes if not changing much.
