[~aljoscha] you are right. To avoid too many dependencies in one module, we
could also learn from {{flink-end-to-end-tests}} to split migration test cases
that belong to different components into different modules. However, It would
also introduce another problem: there would be many new modules. There are pros
and cons. [~trohrmann] Any idea?
