For now / the foreseeable future, the Stateful Function docs and Flink docs
will remain as separate doc trees in their respective repos.
I'll try to setup the build bot to build and publish the Statefun docs at
{{https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-statefun-docs-*/}}, and Javadocs
at {{https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-statefun-docs-*/api/java/}} .
