Hi [~CrazyTomatoOo], It's great to see you are active on contribution.
However, in order to avoid duplicate effort, the community uses "Assignee" to
assign tasks. If an issue is already assigned to someone, but doesn't submit a
pull request for a long time, you can comment under the issue to ask whether
you can take over it. :)
