The port was not configured before (default 0).
I agree that now that you can configure it, it makes sense to use the
existing config key. ;)
I would like to change this as you suggest for the HA case. For standalone
clusters, I now agree that port ranges might be useful. I would stick to
disallowing random ports for standalone clusters though (the task managers
would have to try random ports).
