Maybe we could add an argument {{--from-local-dist}} or {{--from-archive}} just
like we have used in the {{flink-container/docker}}. I think it is more
convenient for the users to build their image with local flink-dist, especially
in the development phase.
It's up to you. We could also use some VM configuration to work around.
