Nice! So this seems at least doable. Please continue if you have some time to
work on this.
For me the big question before was Chill, we cannot update to newer versions
because they use a different set of default serializers which will mean we
cannot restore savepoints from previous versions. (Not a good situation, I
know, we should have thought about it before we're in this now....). Maybe we
can use different Chill versions for different Scala versions.
On the different Scala versions: our build does not yet support different src
trees for different Scala versions. Not sure how hard it is to add this, might
be trivial.
I'd also be very happy about dropping Scala 2.11 from our build. Maybe this
would also make porting to 2.13 easier.
