## What is the purpose of the change
Added feature documentation for `FlinkKinesisConsumer` EFO support.
## Brief change log
Updated the Flink Kinesis Connector website to include:
- Added section "Using Enhanced Fanout", including
- Overview
- Configuration example
- Stream consumer registration/deregistration comparison and configuration
example
- "Threading model" updated to include EFO
- "Internally used Kinesis APIs" updated to include EFO
