   This is part of

   ## Brief change log
   
   Please look at each commit message which describes in detail what is 
happening.
   
   1. Implements the sorting DataInput
   2. Makes the `StatusWatermarkValve` use the `DataOutput` passed in 
`DataInput#emitNext`.
   3. Optionally injects the sorted input in the OneInputStreamTask

   This change added tests and can be verified as follows:
   * Added unit tests in `SortingDataInputTest`
   * Added an IT tests with a higher number of incoming records to sort in 
`SortingDataInputITCase`
   * Added end to end test `SortingBoundedInputITCase`
