* This pull request correct temporal functions evaluation timepoint and
function return type.
## Brief change log
- Correct CURRENT_TIMESTAMP/NOW() functions' return type to TIMESTAMP_LTZ
- Correct
CURRENT_TIMESTAMP/CURRENT_TIME/CURRENT_DATE/NOW/LOCALTIME/LOCALTIMESTAMP
functions' evaluation timepoint according to execution mode.
