Very thanks @rkhachatryan for the fix! The PR looks good to me. It seems the test `DefaultSchdulerTest#failGlobalWhenRestoringStateFails` fails due to the change, but it seems to be related to the implementation of the test in that the graph seems do not turn into RUNNING as required. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
