[~mbalassi] I'm not sure about this since hive ACID table is not used widely
from my observation. And we also has table formats such as iceberg and hudi
which can be alternatives in such scenario, so we don't decide whether we want
to support this feature.
Do you have any use case depend on hive ACID table?
