Ok, ya that makes sense. 
 So I'll add the {{Thread.setDefaultUncaughtException}} using utility in the 
{{startCluster}} function.
 And for {{TaskManagerRunner}} implementations, I can put it in the 
{{runTaskManagerProcessSecurely(Configuration configuration)}} function. 
 That should cover all the entrypoints, right?
