Description:
The objective of this improvement is to add support for Azure Synapse Analytics
so that users can stream data out of Flink into Azure Synapse.
It is expected to capture the events from Flink and push them to Synapse
directly. If the table does not exist in the destination target, the connector
should set it up and push the data stream there
