Review comment:
       This PR doesn't deal with `<NULL>`, because that's user facing (see 
`PrintUtils#NULL_COLUMN`), the next PR (for FLINK-24685) will deal with it.
   
   For `NULL`, I've added a constant in `PrintUtils`
