The Mesos Design Doc mentions a long living "dispatcher" service. I think we
should extend the YARN service in a similar way - the dispatcher could then
hold the Web Frontend, and it would be available across the life time of jobs
and clusters.
I would like to try to come up with a general design document on improving the
various deployment options in the next days.
