@AHeise I realized that only `parquet` old format was dropped so I re-added the other formats to both DataSet API (created a formats sub-folder) and DataStream API. I also bumped the azure format version (now 0.0.5 on external github) the 404 showed on AZP is fixed because the `dataset.md` page has been transformed to `Dataset/formats` subfolder.
