bit more information. What does your Flink application look like, what APIs are 
you using, how are you trying to deploy your application etc. Can you provide 
that info? 

I do think that this question is better suited for the User mailing list to 
first determine if this is really a bug or a local problem. Jira tickets are 
meant for new features or bugs, but not for support questions. You can check 
https://flink.apache.org/community.html on how to subscribe to the User mailing 
list.
