Ok, so I guess we are on the same page. I don't see a big value in pushing for
this S3 implementation for the time being. Nevertheless if someone else would
like to contribute it we can sure review it.
Regarding the OSS, let's keep the discussion in this ticket about S3 and in
FLINK-25203 we can discuss OSS.
