## What is the purpose of the change
This PR makes sure every transformation has a deterministic uid, required to
restore previous savepoints.
## Brief change log
* Add `TransformationMetadata` to hold transformation uid, name and
description
* Make sure every StreamExecNode, not part of
`ExecNodeMetadataUtil#UNSUPPORTED_JSON_SERDE_CLASSES`, is creating
`Transformation`s with deterministic uids.
## Verifying this change
This change is a trivial rework / code cleanup without any test coverage.
