[~pnowojski] Those issues were caused because Azure had an outage that killed
all pipelines [https://status.dev.azure.com/_event/287959626] - When they
resolved that one, all Flink's free build agents were gone so we temporarily
switched to paid ones, but those had different (lower) specifications then the
free ones. We talked to Azure about the free agents being gone, which was
caused by [https://status.dev.azure.com/_event/288297230.] Now everything
should be working again (since this morning)
