**JsonRowDeserializationSchema** implements **DeserializationSchema** that
has the following method:
```java
T deserialize(byte[] message) throws IOException;
```
while **JsonRowSerializationSchema** implements **SerializationSchema**
that has the only method:
```java
byte[] serialize(T element); // throws no exceptions
```
Do you suggest to change interface of the **SerializationSchema** to throw
**IOException**?
