I removed fieldNames and fieldTypes from the constructor arguments and rely
on **configure** method. Because of that I had to add an additional method for
create serialization scheme in sub classes, since field names and field types
are unknown at the moment of an object creation.
@wuchong @twalthr Could you please review the PR again?
