BTW, since 1.15, the sort-shuffle implementation becomes the default blocking
shuffle implementation, the BoundedBlocking implementation will not be used by
default. Besides, we did not change the BoundedBlocking implementation in 1.15,
it is maybe not a 1.15-only issue.
