I don't even know we have such a class in Flink. However this class is marked as `@Internal` in Flink which means it is not a public API. Also this class does not support retraction and other aggregate functions such as `avg`. I'm not sure if there are better ways to do this or if it'll be better to create our own aggregate function classes.
