   This log was sent to me by sysadmin, and when I do the `kubectl get 
flinkdeployment` command, I get:
   
   ```
   kubectl get flinkdeployments -A
   NAMESPACE       NAME                      AGE
   flink-x-01   cosmosdb         9h
   flink-x-01   cosmosdb-test1   8h
   flink-x-02   cosmosdb-test2   76m
   ```
   
   and none can start or erase.
