## What is the purpose of the change *At present, Pattern#withIn defines the maximum time interval in which a matching pattern has to be completed in order to be considered valid. The interval corresponds to the maximum time gap between first and the last event. The maximum time gap between events is needed in the certain scenario, for example, purchases a good within a maximum of 5 minutes after browsing.* ## Brief change log - *Introduces `Pattern#within(WithinType withInType, Time windowTime)` , `Pattern#times(int times, Map<Integer, Long> windowTimes)`, `Pattern#times(int from, int to, Map<Integer, Long> windowTimes)`, `Pattern#timesOrMore(int times, Map<Integer, Long> windowTimes)` and `Pattern#oneOrMore(int times, Map<Integer, Long> windowTimes)`.* ## Verifying this change ## Does this pull request potentially affect one of the following parts: - Dependencies (does it add or upgrade a dependency): (yes / **no**) - The public API, i.e., is any changed class annotated with `@Public(Evolving)`: (yes / **no**) - The serializers: (yes / **no** / don't know) - The runtime per-record code paths (performance sensitive): (yes / **no** / don't know) - Anything that affects deployment or recovery: JobManager (and its components), Checkpointing, Kubernetes/Yarn, ZooKeeper: (yes / **no** / don't know) - The S3 file system connector: (yes / **no** / don't know) ## Documentation - Does this pull request introduce a new feature?
