The parsing process of the configuration will use the method
`org.apache.flink.configuration.ConfigurationUtils#parseMap`, the configuration
will be spliy by ':', unfortunately when we have the character ':' in the
value, the parsing result is incorrect.
e.g.
input: name:file2,path:hdfs:///tmp/file2
output: [path, hdfs, ///tmp/file2]
Consider only the value containing the character ':' part
