*Flink docs don't have any documentation link related to Flink Kubernetes
operator. This change lets us see the Flink Kubernetes operator and how to use
it.*
## Brief change log
- *Added documentation links for Flink Kubernetes operator.*

This change is a trivial rework/code cleanup without any test coverage. I
added new documentation links.
