Generally speaking, flink compute the send & received metrics in
{{ResultPartition}} and {{InputGate}}, but for the source(without InputGate) /
Sink (without ResultPartition), If the connector does not provider some metrics
like numBytesIn / numBytesOut, flink can not know this.
