## What is the purpose of the change
This PR tries to improve the `StreamNonDeterminisiticUpdatePlanVsitior` by
supporting all kinds of `RexNode` when computing the source mapping
relationship.
## Brief change log
- Leverage the source mapping calculation to
`FlinkRexUtil#findAllInputRefs`.
- Extend the return type to `Map<Integer, List<Integer>>` because a field
from an outer sub-query may be derived from one or more inner fields.
## Verifying this change
This change added tests and can be verified as follows:
- Add `testNonDeterministicProjectionWithSinkWithoutPk` to verify the source
mapping calculation can handle `IF` or `CASE WHEN` with multiple inputs.
