[~martijnvisser] What do you think about releasing a new major version of Flink 
with latest Kryo that doesn't support savepoints made by a previous Kryo for 
those who don't need such a support and then, maybe later, some convert tool or 
additional serializer to support that old savepoint format for other users? 
This will let using Flink with Java 17 already now in case the previously made 
savepoints are not the issue or just don't exist. So only users that really 
need such a support will continue waiting for that so long waiting Java 17 
support.
