I have pushed this to `v3.0` branch. Afterwards, I found out that this can be left unchanged. Flink tracks the `v4.0` branch(https://github.com/apache/flink/blob/4e82ab0c37ace2a10dbfa3c4bf72659a23f3c8f1/docs/setup_docs.sh#L49), so there is no `3. x` related content in the document.
