## What is the purpose of the change
This pull request aims to fix the unstable test case
`TableSourceITCase#testTableHintWithLogicalTableScanReuse`.
## Brief change log
Add a random UUID to `FileSystemTableSink#toStagingPath` to avoid path
conflicts.
## Verifying this change
You can revert this change and run
`TableSourceITCase#testTableHintWithLogicalTableScanReuse` in the IDE; it
should fail after several times. Then, apply this change and run again. The
failure should not appear anymore.
