It seems we can't remove `LookupService.getPrtitionedTopicMetadata` directly. Because this test will get stuck:  I'm not sure about the root cause, because in fact, when creating a producer, get topic metadata will also be triggered. @syhily It would be great if you could help explain. Whatever, I will use `pulsarclient.getPartitionsForTopic` instead of `LookupService.getPartitionedTopicMetadata`.
