When I tested testRankFunctionalsWithQualify() in RankITCase, an error was
reported stating that calcite cannot recognize the QUALIFY keyword.
Even though I have considered https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/24256 and I
have updated calcite to 1.34.0, but it seems that the issue still cannot be
resolved
