I believe the _flink-dist-scala_ module should be retained, as the Table/SQL
API requires Scala dependencies. This module will package those dependencies
into the flink-dist.jar.
As for the documentation, we seem to have forgotten to remove anything related
to the Scala API from the documentation. :(
