I checked a bit on the test. It is not obvious to me why the test will fail. I
actually ran the test overnight for thousands of executions without seeing a
failure.
I noticed that the cron build had a bunch of failures from various tests in the
past, while the CI build looks stable. This seems something related to the
environment. I am wondering what is the difference between the cron build and
CI build?
