Hi [~lcastelli] IIUC, https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-37320 will
not reconcile the job, but it will not delete the HA data for a finished job.
Maybe we should delete the HA data after `jm-deployment.shutdown-ttl` passed.
If feasible, I'd like to contribute a PR.
