@ferenc-csaky Please could you have a look at this. 2 areas I will draw your
attention to:
- I have put the change in the existing github action - as it has a graphql
query we can easily extend for this. If you want the github action name to
change I can do this.
- I extended the existing git action to pass through all open PRs and then
check whether we have timeline items before proceeding with review processing.
I know this was optimization code you added for the previous code - when it was
review only.
- I have hard coded a colour - if you want another colour I am happy to
change.
- If you prefer that the labels be manually create - I can remove the
automatic label creation
- I thought is is most useful or back ports so did not include this label on
master.
- I added a cache - PRs should not change there target branch so there is no
need for delete logic.
