Description:
# After support timetype, serialization of time type, PostgresTypeUtils#
handleTimeWithTemporalMode is type int, leads to the downstream processing
field in the process of conflict.
# At present time field support debezium. Time. Precision. The mode = connect
will handle exceptions, repair it.
