Sounds good! Let's go with the "how to" pattern for now - we can always
refine it as we iterate. I'll update them to:
- How to Build an Agent
- How to Operate an Agent

Just don't see any benefit for keeping them aligned.
My thinking was that since Flink Agents is built on Flink, users might often
reference both documentation sets, especially for deeper topics like runtime
troubleshooting or performance tuning. Having consistent patterns could help
reduce cognitive load when switching between docs.
But I agree with you that this is not a big deal!
