And for the python wrapper, I'd suggest `ResourceName.ChatModel.PYTHON_WRAPPER_CONNECTION` and `ResourceName.ChatModel.PYTHON_WRAPPER_SETUP`, to make it more explicit that this is a wrapper rather than a normal resource provider.
