Review Comment:
   I verified this is covered. `GlobalConfiguration.isSensitive()` uses 
substring matching. Any key containing "secret" (among other patterns like 
"password", "token", etc.) is redacted via 
`ConfigurationUtils.hideSensitiveValues()` before being exposed in the Flink UI.
   
   For bucket-level config, `s3.bucket.<name>.secret-key` contains the 
substring "secret", so it is automatically redacted. This matches the existing 
behaviour for the global s3.secret-key.
   
   No other bucket-level properties contain actual secrets.
